Therapy for children and young people
Young people don't always have the words for what's going on. Art, play and talking give them other ways to show it.
How we work
At their level. Sessions are adapted to the child's age and how they communicate best.
Creative. Drawing, painting, clay and play sit alongside talking.
With you. Parents and carers are involved through regular review meetings and practical guidance for home.
Experienced. Alex has specialist experience assessing and treating developmental trauma and attachment difficulties in fostered and adopted children.
Who this is for
Children and teenagers affected by trauma, loss, family breakdown, anxiety, or a difficult start in life, including those in foster, kinship or adoptive families.
